At S.E.T.T.O. we can provide everything that you will need for your activity holiday or team-tour, including a wide selection of team and individual sports for adults of all ages, school and student groups. We can invite you to participate in our regular sports events.

We can guide you to the websites with the best flight deals from any major UK. airport or from your country of departure, either by booking through airlines directly, or by using recognised ABTA and ATOL travel agencies or equivalent in other countries.

Our accommodation price range depends on your group's demands, from low -budget self-catering apartments, villas, or 3, 4 or 5-star luxury hotels with breakfast, H/B etc.

We will meet and collect you on arrival and later drop you off on departure at the airport, and assist with your transport to the scheduled tour matches, events and activities during your stay.

After you complete our "tour proposal" section of this site we will respond quickly with a tour itinerary and if you are already planning and organising your own club tour around Europe, for example, we will gladly try to fit competitive match itineraries on the islands into your planned schedule, and help with booking local flights etc..

Our sports events and tournaments are open to clubs and teams from around the world, and we are constantly updating our events calendar on this website.

Top coaches and instructors can also be provided, on request, to improve levels of performance in most sports on offer, please just specify in your proposal.

The social programme is another important aspect of the tours and events which can be chosen by the participants. We offer, a wide range of excursions around the spectacular island of Lanzarote, wine-tasting tours, volcano tours, curry-nights, country & western nights, shows, quiz nights and activities such as go-karting, golf, boat & fishing trips, diving and many others.

S.E.T.T.O. welcomes non-participants, who wish to spectate and/or "do their own thing". Our wide range of activities can be seen throughout the website, and we will gladly assist in organising any of these.

SETTO and Lanzarote welcome the Australian Futsal team "The Boomerangs"

who are on the island for 1 week as part of their European tour. They play matches against teams from LaTinosa and Tinajo futsal clubs at the PD Carmen Institute on 25/6, 27/6 & 29/6 all at 6.00 p.m. Come and see how the game is played down-under !

Upcoming Events

Lanzarote Cricket Association's International T/20 Cricket Tournament 2013

Pto del Carmen 22rd - 24th March 2013

The first LCA International T/20 cricket tournament will involve 6 teams on a first come first serve basis. Each team will play 3 matches in 3 days with trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams, plus trophies for best bowler and best batsmen as well as player of the tournament. 

The format will be 2 groups of 3 teams, round robin, these matches will take place on Friday and Saturday with the finals on Sunday. There will be three matches on each day the first of which will start at 09.30 going on until 17.00 each of the 3 days of the tournament. The Finals day on Sunday will see the 1st placed team in each group play each other in the final, with the 2 second placed teams playing off for 3rd place and the 2 third placed teams playing a consolation match to avoid the wooden spoon!! Who are Sport events and touring team organisers?

Both Directors of Operations for S.E.T.T.O. in Lanzarote, Jack Talbot and Mike Wheeler are UK trained Physical Education teachers, whoboth studied at Greenwich University in London. Over the last 10 years they ran the PE department at the largest British School in Lanzarote. Their involvement with sports and activities around the island developed quickly, and they have set-up sports events and leagues, coached and organized male and female participants in a wide variety of sports such as football, athletics, tennis, cricket, golf, water-sports etc.

Jack, an Ironman himself, has also been involved in training and children for the Ironman event on the island, as well as assisting in the organization of the event. Find out more...
