Whether you are an individual, a couple, a family, members of groups participating in other sports or an actual group of golfers, we can organise your golf according to your needs - we are based on the island and therefore are able to deal with your daily schedule requirements. With the increased number of flight options in and out of the island your stay can be a short 3, 4 or 5 night duration, or as long as you need.

Lanzarote offers the ideal climate for golf with year round sunshine and warmth. Currently there are two good golf courses, one situated close to Puerto del Carmen and the other close to Costa Teguise.
S.E.T.T.O can offer you perfect accommodation within easy reach of both courses, plus there are excellent courses on the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura only a short ferry boat ride away. We can organise all the necessary transport. We are happy to help you with your golf enquiries and arrangements so everything will run smoothly during your stay.

Puerto del Carmen Course

The island's newest course is situated just behind Puerto del Carmen in an elevated position, boasting fabulous sea views and designed to blend in with the undulating landscape.
The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is only 5 minutes from the main resort. The new club house offers everything a keen golfer needs including reception, equipment rental, two restaurants and a cafeteria with spectacular views over the lush green course to the Atlantic Ocean and Fuerteventura. Whatever your level this course caters for all handicaps. You can improve your game with the Golf Academy or take some time to practice on the driving range, practice course and putting green.

Costa Teguise Course

This unique 18 hole, par 72 golf course is set at the base of an extinct volcano in the heart of the volcanic landscape, surrounded by hills and surrounded by mature palm trees, this course offers a variety of smooth and challenging holes.
The many facilities include club house, bar, cafe-restaurant, changing rooms, locker hire, golf storage, equipment hire, pro shop, driving range and golf school.Whatever your level this course can cater to all handicaps. You can improve your game with the Golf Academy or practice on the driving range, practice course or putting green.

Who are Sport events and touring team organisers?

Both Directors of Operations for S.E.T.T.O. in Lanzarote, Jack Talbot and Mike Wheeler are UK trained Physical Education teachers, whoboth studied at Greenwich University in London. Over the last 10 years they ran the PE department at the largest British School in Lanzarote. Their involvement with sports and activities around the island developed quickly, and they have set-up sports events and leagues, coached and organized male and female participants in a wide variety of sports such as football, athletics, tennis, cricket, golf, water-sports etc.

Jack, an Ironman himself, has also been involved in training and children for the Ironman event on the island, as well as assisting in the organization of the event. Find out more...
